Marblehead Community Charter Public School (MCCPS) is a small, vibrant, academically rigorous, and community-focused public charter school serving students in grades 4–8. Our mission is to develop motivated, compassionate, and engaged learners through integrated, interdisciplinary learning, personalized instruction, and meaningful, hands-on experiences that connect academic content to the world beyond the classroom. We are seeking energetic, innovative educators who are collaborative, organized, and adaptable. A bachelor’s degree is required; appropriate certification, experience, and a master’s degree are preferred. Strong subject knowledge, proficiency with technology, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collegial environment are essential.
